What interesting events happen in the company besides work? Every year in February, the company celebrates its principal corporate holiday - birthday of Imex Cargo Service (2001). Summer holiday - picnic in the country - devoted to the birthday of eng.deliverymasters.net-Express (2003). Jointly with the car holding company Imex-Auto (1998) we celebrate Imex Auto's foundation day and also celebrate New Year together with them. An inherent part of corporate culture is drama performances arranged by employees and devoted to occasions of whatever scale: from a big corporate holiday to monthly rewarding of employees according to results of a month's work. Now and then, company's subdivisions hold team-forming gatherings and outings. There are long-standing sporting traditions in the company: every week, the employees play football and hockey. Several times a year, Imex participates prize-winningly in football tournaments arranged by Moscow municipal government. What methods of encouragement and motivation exist in the company?
